Identify Health Problems

At All Body Holistic Health, we can look into the ‘windows of your soul’ to understand your inherited weaknesses and strengths. Located in Townsville, our clinic offers iridology as a diagnostic tool.

The eyes are connected to every organ in the body through the nervous system because they’re formed during early foetal development from the same tissue as the brain. Our practitioners study the iris, the coloured part of the eye surrounding the pupil, to detect if there is over- or underactivity in specific areas of the body.

OBSERVING WITH CARE

During an iridology consultation, we take time to observe your iris closely in a calm, supportive setting. Using a specialised light, we can identify patterns that may highlight areas needing further attention or support.

thorough  analysis

We can look at various marks, signs and discolouration in the iris. This can indicate the underlying signs of a developing health issue at its earliest stage, and it can tell us what body systems might need support. For example, orange pigment in the iris can signify a blood sugar imbalance.

Our Client Stories

What Can Iridology Detect?

It is important to remember that iridology is not a treatment therapy; rather, it is a diagnostic tool. It can’t detect a specific disease; however, iridology can help us recognise the parts of the body our practitioners should pay attention to and which parts may be at risk of developing ailments.

This includes the following conditions:

  • Hypertension
  • Liver damage
  • Hyperthyroidism
  • Gallbladder issues
  • Inflammation
  • Weakened immune systems
  • High cholesterol
  • Lymphatic health
  • Allergic sensitivity
  • Blood sugar imbalance
  • Kidney issues

And much more.

What to Expect

We offer our iridology services in the initial and follow-up consultations; however, if you only want iridology, you can book a standalone appointment. Visit our Townsville clinic or book our mobile service. Our practitioners can travel to your preferred location as long as you are nearby.

Did you know that your iris is as unique as your fingerprints? That’s right, no two irises are exactly alike! This is why our practitioners will take the time to examine your iris colour, brightness, rings and shadings, as well as the placement and shape of your trabecular fibres in the appointment. This process is painless and non-invasive.

We will then compare these findings with our iridology chart to understand potential health concerns that have triggered changes in the iris. During our follow-up appointments, we can track these changes to gain an understanding of the progression or regression of an ailment.

Preventative Healthcare Strategies

After we have identified potential health concerns, our practitioners can recommend healthcare strategies for your convenience. At All Body Holistic Health, we also offer naturopathy and homeopathy, aiming to improve our clients’ general health and well-being.

Our practitioners can also create a nutrition plan to suit your dietary needs or food intolerances. We provide lifestyle advice as well, including exercise recommendations and referrals. Contact us to learn more.

  • What is iridology?

Iridology is a complementary health practice that involves observing patterns, colours and structures in the iris of the eye. Practitioners use these observations as a general guide to discuss lifestyle, diet or environmental factors.

It does not diagnose medical conditions and should never replace medical testing. Iridology is considered a non-invasive observational technique and is sometimes used to encourage broader discussions about general health and well-being.

  • Can iridology diagnose diseases?

Iridology cannot diagnose or confirm medical conditions. It is an observational practice that some practitioners use to explore potential areas of imbalance or stress in the body.

Any concerns raised during an iridology session should be followed up with a qualified medical professional for proper testing and diagnosis. This approach allows iridology to remain a supportive tool rather than a replacement for established medical care.

  • How is iridology generally performed?

An iridology session typically involves examining the iris under light using a magnifier or camera. The practitioner observes colours, markings and structures in the iris, comparing them with traditional iridology charts. These observations can prompt broader discussion about general well-being and lifestyle habits.

The process is external, non-invasive, and usually takes only a short time. It does not involve touching the eye or using drops and should not replace standard medical tests or assessments.
